Lush Jacuzzi Apartment 2 Bedrooms with Balcony

Positive: We liked the jacusi and the bathroom was large size. Bed was comfortable. Negative: The place heaters wasnt working. We asked to have the heater. The heater that we been provided was so small that it wasnt enough. Outside was -3. After Jacusi wasnt ideal. There was a kitchen but no pan or any cooking pot was in the kitchen.

Hot tub did not work Positive: Very cosy Negative: Hot tub was faulty didn’t work Food left in cupboards out of date

As we paid over the odds for a room with a hot tub and didn’t use it I think this was far too overpriced for what you ge Positive: On arrival I was notified the Appartment we booked was no longer available. The Appartment we eventually stayed in was in a good location but the whole situation was slightly stressful. Negative: The hot tub had bits floating in it and the cover had mould in it which was very off putting so we didn’t use it. Also parking was not included in either of the apartments so had to find a car park which added to the stress. The owner refunded us the money for the car park which was good of him but parking should not be included in the advert

Not good, I didn’t feel safe and did not sleep well Positive: . Negative: Im really un happy with my stay I had no hot water this morning to shower in and no heating. The window in the jacuzzi room would not shit and opened wide into the room which made feel very vulnerable and unsafe. The apartment was very shabby and needs a good amount of tlc, there cleanliness also wasn’t amazing. I really feel that the property was over priced and was not fit for purpose especially for a woman travelling alone,I would really appreciate some form of reimbursement
