The Exclusive Jacuzzi Apartment with Parking

I will never be booking this place ever again, waste of money. Positive: No fault with the Apartment, it was actually quiet nice, but The Host was very unprofessional with poor communication skills. Negative: The Jacuzzi wasn't working properly and the temperature was low, which meant the water was luke warm only, what made this matter even worse was the host was blaming me for the temperature not increasing, which was absolutely pathetic. The following morning he offered to compensate me after realising the temperature had nothing to do with me, he then proceeded to ignore all my messages and calls regarding the compensation. It's been almost a week and he still hasn't got in touch with me. Booking.com have also been in touch but his refusing to acknowledge his mistake and won't proceed with the compensation. Therefore I won't be booking this place ever again. The host lacks business ethics and integrity.

the room is lovely and how its been done up is great i did really enjoy our stay i would say it was overpriced for 1 nig Positive: the apartment was lovely really comfy bed and the fire and tv was great overall look of the place was great Negative: the stairs are dangerous if coming up from the jacuzzi if your wet just be careful as there spiral stairs theres a lot of paint work that needs to be done the jacuzzi wasnt very clean and its also not in a great location as it was very noisy at night

Absolutely Appalling Negative: The whole experience was beyond disappointing The service from the property owner was absolutely disgusting. I stayed one night at the property at midnight we had banging on the door by a random person so first thing we done was call the property owner after numerous attempted phone calls no answer. For an hour a guy was knocking on the door baring in mind the entrancing a secure car park. After an hour of knocking I had to address the situation where a guy came running to the door when I had opened me not knowing who it was then slammed the door shut. After talking to him through the door the guy was stuck in the secure car park in which I had to go out and let him out after a hr of trying to get hold of the property owner. The next day I called him he then said I’m in hospital and he will call back in half hour he didn’t call back I then again had to chase and when I was leaving then called again as he was not trying to address the situation. The main thing I’m appalled with is the service he shouted on the phone. Days later now I’m trying to get 50% of the money back and after going back and forth with phone calls to booking.com they needed written confirmation from the property owner. The property owner then demanded an apology from me cos he was in hospital. The service was disgusting avoid this place at all costs and any other properties this guy has.
