Unique Penthouse with Jacuzzi & Garden

The worst stay. Positive: To be honest it was a lovely property, and the garden was nice. Negative: Communication with the staff, was awful. No electricity once we got there. Tried to call the owner no response till 6 hours later. Sat in the dark, with our torch on from our phones. Hot tub wasn’t on or ready for us. The gas cooker and fridge was dirty with marks on them as if it had been cleaned with a tissue and left marks. No instructions on how to do anything if something went wrong. No emergency contact at all, just one number and that’s it. Paid £32 parking for two nights yet stayed 5 hours and left to go home as it wasn’t safe nor ideal to stay without any electricity or taps working properly at all. There’s a lot more that went wrong on the day. Won’t be rebooking.

Brilliant location but apartment needs a uplifting Positive: Location Negative: Run down Items damage

Beautiful place very clean and best location Positive: Facilities and location was great Negative: Maybe a mattress topper for the bed as it was quite hard but other than that excellent stay host was super nice and gave me all the information I need!!

In short we had an amazing stay would definitely come again :) Positive: The balcony was amazing so was the jacuzzi Negative: I didn’t like that there were no local corner shops within a 5-10 minute walk of the property

It was ok but it can do with a makeover to be more attractive Positive: I liked the jacuzzi nice and private. The usage of towels Negative: It didn’t have any extractor fan so the whole apartment got steam all over. That’s was no good. The bathroom and kitchen cupboard should be updated. The kettle was dirty scaly at the bottom.
